Refund Policy

We want orders to arrive complete, correct and consistent with the product description.

Eligible product issues

Contact bahasmerat90@gmail.com within 30 calendar days after delivery when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts or materially different from its description. Include the order number, checkout email, reason for the request and useful photos or video. Keep the packaging and related parts while the request is reviewed.

Requests we do not accept

Voluntary returns for a change of mind, personal preference, or selection of the wrong size, color, model or other option are not accepted. This limitation does not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

Authorization, return and exchange

Wait for approval before returning anything. If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address and instructions after review; the General mailing address is not automatically a return warehouse. Replacement or exchange depends on approval and available inventory. Shipping charges, labels and any fees follow the commitment confirmed for the order and are not assumed in advance.

Refund timing

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
