Payment Policy

Checkout displays the available payment choices and final amount in USD. An order moves to normal processing only after payment authorization succeeds.

Authorization and review

A payment provider may approve, decline, place a temporary authorization hold or request additional verification. Confirm the billing details entered at checkout. For a declined payment or a hold that remains, the issuing bank or payment provider may have more information.

Card information and refunds

Complete card numbers and security codes are handled by the checkout payment providers and should never be sent through ordinary email. Footer icons are a fixed merchant-confirmed display list; they do not prove that each card network was separately used in a completed purchase test. An approved refund is initiated by us within 10 calendar days, while posting to the account may take longer.
